About the event

This is not a conference.

No exhibit halls. No breakout tracks. No name-badge lanyards. The format is intentional — focused CE in the morning, an afternoon on the property, and a formal farm-to-table dinner under the stars.

The attendees are practice owners. Doctors who run their own businesses, make their own purchasing decisions, and came specifically to learn from a speaker they chose to hear.

What to expect

The setting

A working farm community. Preserved forest, heirloom gardens, and hospitality built around what's in season.

The room

Thirty independent practice owners. Engaged, opinionated, and there by choice — not because their employer sent them.

The hospitality

All meals provided, including a formal four-course dinner Friday evening with Executive Chef Nic Bour.

About Fireside

An audience that opted in.

Fireside is a Birmingham-based membership organization serving independent pediatric dental practices. Our members have chosen to stay independent — and rely on Fireside for group purchasing leverage, procurement tools, and the kind of peer network a solo practice doesn't naturally come with.

This retreat is a member benefit. The doctors in the room have opted in, paid to attend, and cleared their schedules. They aren't browsing a conference floor. They're there to learn.
